| 2 packet(s) devil's food cake mix | ||
| 4 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
| ⅔ c. vegetable oil | ||
| 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened | ||
| ½ c. margarine, softened | ||
| 3 to 4 c. powdered sugar | ||
| ½ tsp. vanilla |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together cake mix, eggs and oil. Batter will be very stiff. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
- Beat together cream cheese and margarine. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on the bottoms of half the cookies. Sandwich cookies together.
