Directions
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar. Slowly whisk warm chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Stir in vanilla extract. Fold in flour mixture and remaining chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop slightly rounded tablespoons of batter and place on baking sheet. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until slightly cracked; do not overbake. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes; cool on wire rack. If desired, roll in powdered sugar.
