Chunky Artichoke Salsa with Baked Pita Chips

¼ c. pitted ripe olives, chopped | ||
2 tbsp. red onion, chopped | ||
3 medium plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped | ||
2 fresh basil leaves, shredded | ||
salt and ground black pepper, to taste | ||
pita chips, for serving |
Directions
- Combine artichokes with marinade, olives, onions, tomatoes and garlic in a large bowl. Stir in basil and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve salsa with pita chips.
