1 c. baby spinach | ||
½ c. sliced yellow cherry tomatoes | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg SeaBest cooked shrimp, thawed | ||
Lemon wedge, optional |
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, black pepper and salt. Spread yogurt sauce on one side of each bread slice. Top with baby spinach, sliced yellow tomatoes and shrimp. Serve with lemon wedge, if desired.
