1 ½ c. cinnamon chips | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee butter | ||
1 tsp. almond extract | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar | ||
1 (3 oz) package Hy-Vee raspberry gelatin |
Directions
- Measure cereal into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Microwave cinnamon chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stir in almond extract.
- Stir cinnamon mixture into cereal until evenly coated.
- Mix powdered sugar and gelatin in a large storage bag; add cereal mixture. Seal bag and shake to coat.
- Spread onto waxed paper to cool.
