    2 ½ c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream, plus additional if needed
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    1 (8-oz.) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk
    Hy-Vee English walnuts, toasted, for serving

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread oats on a baking sheet. Toast 8 minutes; remove from oven and cool. 

    2. Place whipping cream in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer; remove from heat. Stir in toasted oats, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Cover; let stand 30 minutes. Strain mixture; discard oats. 

    3. Add additional whipping cream, if needed to equal 2 cups. Stir in condensed milk. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve scoops topped with walnuts and additional toasted oats, if desired.
