Directions
- Combine all ingredients, using enough half-and-half to make a thin gravy. Boil to soft-ball stage, 240 degrees.
- Beat to cool until mixture loses its gloss.
- Pour quickly onto hot cake and spread.
- Best on spice or yellow cake.
