1 grapefruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1 navel orange, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Cara Cara orange, peeled and thinly sliced
1 mandarin orange, peeled and thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
3 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. unfiltered apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Arrange spinach and kale on 4 serving plates. Top with grapefruit, navel, Cara Cara, mandarin orange, and avocado slices. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds; set aside. 

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, and apple cider vinegar. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
