½ lbs. 100% Natural Angus Reserve stew meat | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
½ c. teriyaki stir-fry sauce | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
1 (16 oz) bag frozen Hy-Vee Oriental vegetables | ||
3 c. cooked Hy-Vee linguine noodles | ||
2 ⅔ c. Hy-Vee mandarin oranges |
Directions
- Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meat; saute until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir together stir-fry sauce and orange juice. Stir orange juice mixture and vegetables into meat. Cover. Simmer 9 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Serve with cooked linguine noodles and a side of mandarin oranges.
