2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil | ||
½ c. House of Tsang Korean teriyaki stir-fry sauce | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee Oriental vegetables | ||
3 c. cooked hot Hy-Vee white rice |
Directions
- Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meat; sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir together stir-fry sauce and orange juice. Stir orange juice mixture and vegetables into meat. Cover. Simmer 9 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Serve with rice.
