    ½ lbs. beef stew meat
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
    ½ c. House of Tsang Korean teriyaki stir-fry sauce
    ½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee Oriental vegetables
    3 c. cooked hot Hy-Vee white rice

    Directions

    1. Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meat; sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.
    2. Stir together stir-fry sauce and orange juice. Stir orange juice mixture and vegetables into meat. Cover. Simmer 9 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Serve with rice.
