1 lime, zested and juiced | ||

Directions
- Prepare grill for direct heat and heat to medium heat.
Thread shrimp on skewers and place in shallow dish; set aside.

If using bamboo skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.- For marinade, combine lemon and lime zest and juice, garlic, olive oil, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Pour marinade over shrimp skewers, marinate 10 minutes.
- Remove shrimp from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill shrimp 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
