    1 (10 oz) bag mixed lettuce greens
    2 blood or navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
    2 pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
    ½ c. thinly sliced red onion
    ½ c. blanched whole almonds, toasted
    1/4 to 1/2 c. crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese
    1/4 to 1/3 c. light balsamic vinaigrette

    Directions

    1. To prepare salad, place lettuce on chilled serving platter or in large salad bowl. Top with orange and grapefruit sections, onion, almonds and cheese.
    2. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to evenly coat greens.
