Citrus Turkey Salad Sandwiches

Description
Turkey salad is a go-to for using up leftover turkey. Both dark and white meat work really well.

⅓ c. sliced celery | ||
⅓ c. Miracle Whip Free salad dressing | ||
¼ c. slivered almonds | ||
2 tsp. chopped green onion | ||
½ tsp. garlic powder | ||
1 (8.25 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained | ||
8 slice(s) Amana multi-grain bread | ||
1 c. mixed salad greens | ||
1 (8 oz) can pineapple slices, drained |
Directions
- Combine chicken, celery, Miracle Whip, almonds, green onion and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Gently stir in mandarin oranges.
- Line 4 bread slices with salad greens.
- Evenly spoon chicken salad on top.
- Place pineapple slice over chicken salad.
- Top with remaining bread slices.
