    4 slice(s) slices rye bread
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat Thousand Island dressing, divided
    4 slices thin Swiss cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sauerkraut, drained well, divided
    4 oz. thinly sliced corned beef or pastrami, divided
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee soft margarine, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat countertop grill or panini maker.
    2. Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon dressing.
    3. Top each of 2 slices of bread with 1 slice Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, 2 ounces corned beef and second slice of Swiss cheese. Place remaining bread slices on sandwiches, dressing-side-down.
    4. Spread margarine on the outsides of each sandwich.
    5. Grill 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese melts and grill marks appear.
    6. Serve immediately.
