1 (14 oz) bag frozen Hy-Vee homestyle meatballs | ||
1 (12 oz) jar Hy-Vee beef gravy | ||
1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced mushrooms, drained | ||
1 medium onion, sliced | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste | ||
1 tbsp. paprika | ||
Prepared Hy-Vee egg noodles, optional |
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine meatballs, gravy, mushrooms, onion, sour cream, black pepper and paprika over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature of meatballs reach 165 degrees.
- Serve over hot cooked egg noodles, if desired.
