    1 (10 oz) bag Hy-Vee chopped romaine lettuce
    1 ½ c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 (6 oz) package Hy-Vee grilled chicken breast strips
    2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
    Hy-Vee light ranch dressing, optional

    Directions

    1. Place romaine on large serving platter. Top with rows of tomatoes, chicken, egg, green onion and avocado.
    2. Serve with dressing, if desired.
