1 c. uncooked orzo | ||
¼ c. chopped red onion | ||
¼ c. macadamia nuts, toasted and roughly chopped | ||

Directions
- Bring water and milk to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in orzo and onion. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Drain.
- Combine cooked orzo, nuts and salt in serving bowl. Serve warm.
