1 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned | ||
2 ripe nectarines, pitted and sliced | ||
1 c. sliced strawberries | ||
1 c. fresh cut- up pineapple |
Directions
- Combine sour cream, coconut milk, lime juice and brown sugar in a small bowl, mixing until smooth; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add coconut-lime mixture and lightly toss to coat all fruit.
