2 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
1 Hy-Vee large egg | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee reduced fat baking mix | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
Topping: | ||
¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee reduced fat baking mix | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces |
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine vegetable oil, egg and milk in a large mixing bowl. Combine baking mix and sugar (not brown sugar), add to milk mixture and mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9-by-9-inch baking pan. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, 2 tbsp baking mix, cinnamon, butter and pecan pieces. Sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
