1 ½ lbs. 80%-lean ground beef | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee salsa con queso, divided | ||
5 Hy-Vee wheat buns, toasted | ||
Sliced onions, lettuce leaves, pickles, optional |
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, chili powder, pepper and salt. Form mixture into 5 patties.
- Grill patties for 5 minutes. Turn. Grill an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- To serve, place patty on bun, top with 2 teaspoons salsa con queso, onions, lettuce and pickles, if desired.
