Directions
Meanwhile, place cottage cheese in a blender. Cover and blend for 25 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a medium bowl; stir in Italian seasoning and cooked onion mixture. Pour into 2 (10-oz.) oven-safe ramekins.
Top each cottage cheese mixture with pizza sauce, shredded cheese pepperoni and sausage. Place ramekins in a rimmed baking pan and bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with basil and serve with additional sweet mini peppers, if desired.
