1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee basil | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dill | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Select red wine vinegar | ||
3 green onions, chopped | ||
salt and pepper, to taste | ||
6 large tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a medium bowl. Stir together.
- Place tomato wedges in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour olive oil mixture over tomatoes.
- Marinate at room temperature for up to 2 hours, turning bag occasionally. Refrigerate leftovers.
