1 tbsp. Hy-Vee parsley
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
½ tsp. Hy-Vee basil
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dill
¾ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
½ c. Hy-Vee Select red wine vinegar
3 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
6 large tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a medium bowl. Stir together.
  2. Place tomato wedges in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour olive oil mixture over tomatoes.
  3. Marinate at room temperature for up to 2 hours, turning bag occasionally. Refrigerate leftovers.
