½ tsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
Hy-Vee coarse-ground salt
Hy-Vee black pepper
1 Country Ranch salad kit
½ c. cherry tomatoes

  • Medium cast-iron skillet
  • 2 serving plates

Directions

  1. Pat steak dry with paper towels. Rub each side with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Heat a medium cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until medium-rare (130 degrees). 

  2. Transfer to a cutting board; let rest 10 minutes. Meanwhile, toss salad greens with cherry tomatoes; spoon onto 2 serving plates. Cut steak across the grain into slices; arrange with salad. Top with salad dressing and toppings from kit.
