Couscous Broccoli Dish

2 c. small broccoli flowerets | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth | ||
⅔ c. water | ||
2 tsp. minced garlic | ||
¼ tsp. salt | ||
1 c. quick-cooking couscous or whole-wheat couscous |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine broccoli, broth, water, garlic and salt. Bring just to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer covered, about 3 minutes, or just until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Stir in couscous. Remove saucepan from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
