Crab Salad with Citrus Dressing

1 tbsp. honey | ||
1 tsp. grated lime peel | ||
3 tbsp. olive oil | ||
½ red onion, thinly sliced | ||
1 lbs. lump crab meat | ||
1 mango, peeled, pitted, diced | ||
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced | ||
Chopped romaine lettuce, for serving |
Directions
- For dressing, combine orange juice, lime juice, honey and lime peel. Whisk in oil and stir in red onion; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine crab meat, mango and avocado. Gently stir in prepared dressing. Serve over lettuce.
