    ¾ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 ½ c. plus 2 tbsp Hy-Vee flour, divided
    ½ c. almond meal
    2 tsp. grated orange zest
    2 Hy-Vee eggs
    1 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ¼ c. corn syrup
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. almond extract
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee Deluxe Cranberry Almond Crunch cereal
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted
    3 tbsp. fresh orange juice

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together butter and granulated sugar. Stir in 1-1/2 cups flour, almond meal and orange zest. Press into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    2. Stir together remaining 2 tbsp flour, eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, baking powder, salt, almond extract and cereal. Pour over baked layer; bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered.
    3. Stir together powdered sugar, 2 tbsp melted butter and orange juice. Drizzle over the top of bars.
