Cranberry Orange Brie

1 (12 ounce) round Brie cheese | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee whole-berry cranberry sauce | ||
2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee orange juice | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee chopped walnuts | ||
Hy-Vee crackers or slices of crusty bread, optional |
Directions
- Remove top rind of Brie to within 1/4-inch of the edge.
- In medium bowl, stir together cranberries, brown sugar, orange juice and walnuts.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place Brie on baking sheet; spoon cranberry mixture over top. Bake 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is hot but not melted. Serve with crackers or slices of crusty bread if desired.
