1 tbsp. Hy-Vee whole berry cranberry sauce
7 fresh mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
1 1/4-inch thick lime slice, plus additional for garnish
1 1/4-inch thick gingerroot slice
2 oz. coconut rum
3 oz. Betty Buzz ginger beer
fresh or frozen cranberries , for garnish

Directions

  1. Muddle cranberry sauce, mint, lime and gingerroot in a 1-cup glass measuring cup. Remove and discard ginger.

  2. Stir in coconut rum. Pour into 1 (10-oz.) ice-filled cocktail glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cranberries, a lime slice and mint, if desired.
