1 c. chopped red apple | ||
1 c. chopped celery | ||
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved | ||
⅓ c. raisins | ||
¼ c. chopped walnuts | ||
2 tbsp. white sugar | ||
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon | ||
1 (8 oz) container vanilla low-fat yogurt |
Directions
- Combine cranberries, apple, celery, grapes, raisins, walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, and yogurt. Stir to coat.
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
- Stir just before serving. Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves if desired.*
- *For frosted cranberries, wet cranberry and roll in sugar.
