1 (22 oz) pkg Full Circle cookie mix | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee English walnut pieces |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine applesauce, eggs and water in a large bowl. Add cookie mix and blend well. Stir in cranberries and walnut pieces.
- Spread cookie mixture into prepared pan and bake 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
