    ½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, at room temperature
    3 oz. Hy-Vee 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    2 c. Hy-Vee Suprema confectionary sweetener
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk

    Directions

    1. Beat together butter, cream cheese and vanilla until very light and fluffy. Beat in sweetener, one cup at a time, until light and fluffy. Beat in skim milk.
    2. Makes 2 cups, enough to frost a 13-by-9-inch cake or 24 cupcakes.
