Creamed Corn Casserole

1 (16 ounce) package Hy-Vee frozen sweet corn, thawed | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk | ||
15 Hy-Vee snack crackers, finely crushed (about 2/3 c.) |
Directions
- Combine corn, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until corn is tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in crackers. Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
