4 c. Hy-Vee Select Caribbean blend frozen vegetables | ||
½ c. light garden vegetable cream cheese, room temperature | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables during the last 8 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Set aside.
- Add cream cheese and milk to the pan. Cook and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.
- Return pasta and vegetables to pan. Toss to combine. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
