Creamy Pasta Salad from Seasons

1 lbs. Hy-Vee tri color rotini, cooked and drained according to package directions | ||
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced | ||
¼ c. chopped onion | ||
2 c. shredded carrots | ||
1 (14 oz) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee vinegar | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper, optional |
Directions
- Combine pasta with green pepper, onion and carrots in large bowl.
- In separate medium sized bowl, stir milk, sugar, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt until well-blended.
- Add dressing to pasta mixture, mix well. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
