Creamy Spinach-and-Potato Soup

1 (11 oz) pkg Bear Creek creamy potato soup mix |
Directions
- In a Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in celery, onion, spinach and jalapeno pepper; saute 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour water into Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Whisk in soup mix. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
