    18 berries, citrus sections or other,for garnish choice
    18 mint leaves, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Flatten macaroons with thumb, starting from the center and pushing outward, forming a half-inch lip around the edge.

    2. Fill each with 2 teaspoons creme fraiche and garnish with one berry, citrus section or garnish of choice. Top with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
