Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, mustard and Creole seasoning.
- Place salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread the top of each fillet with mustard mixture.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
