¼ c. Hy-Vee seasoned bread crumbs | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine | ||
1 tbsp. sesame seed | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, cook broccoli and carrots in a small amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 6 minutes until crisp-tender.
- In a small skillet, toast bread crumbs in margarine.
- Add sesame seed and salt to crumb mixture.
- Place vegetables in serving bowl. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
