½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and diced | ||
1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee coleslaw mix | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee raisins | ||
¼ c. chopped green onion | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee sunflower kernels |
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together salad dressing, ginger and lemon juice. Stir in apples.
- Add coleslaw mix, raisins, green onion and sunflower kernels. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until serving time.
