3 tbsp. Hy-Vee white vinegar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
4 c. Hy-Vee coleslaw blend | ||
1 (6 oz) pkg Louis Rich oven-roasted chicken breast cuts | ||
4 burrito-size Hy-Vee flour tortillas |
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together vinegar, oil, sugar, teriyaki sauce and salt.
- Add coleslaw blend. Toss to coat.
- Stir in chicken breast cuts.
- If desired, warm tortillas 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.
- Place about 1 cup coleslaw mixture down center of each tortilla.
- Roll up tightly, cut in half and serve.
