¾ c. Wishbone raspberry hazelnut vinaigrette, divided | ||
1 (10 oz) pkg Dole leafy romaine | ||
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced | ||
1 c. halved red grapes | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces |
Directions
- In a small bowl, toss apple slices with 1/2 cup vinaigrette to coat.
- In a large salad bowl, combine romaine, kiwi, grapes, apples and remaining vinaigrette. Toss gently.
- Sprinkle with pecan pieces.
