4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Swiss cheese, divided | ||
1 c. yellow onion, thinly sliced | ||
1 c. red bell pepper, seeded and sliced | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee hamburger dill pickle slices | ||
2 tbsp. curly parsley, chopped |

Directions
Place split French loaves, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted. Reduce oven heat to 400 degrees.
Set loaf tops aside. Add steak slices to loaf bottoms and top with 2 slices Swiss cheese. Place yellow onion and red bell pepper on loaf tops. Sprinkle with cumin and add 2 more slices Swiss cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.
Add mustard, pickles, and parsley to sandwiches. Top with reserved loaf tops and serve immediately.
