1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped | ||
½ small red onion, diced | ||
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped | ||

1 c. halved cherry tomatoes | ||
1 (3.8 ounce) can Hy-Vee black olives, drained | ||
1 c. light cucumber ranch dressing |
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
