1 (14.5 ounce) box Hy-Vee Omega-3 rotini pasta
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
½ small red onion, diced
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 yellow pepper, seeded and chopped
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1 (3.8 ounce) can Hy-Vee black olives, drained
1 c. light cucumber ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
