2 medium kiwi, peeled and chopped | ||
1 medium peach, chopped | ||
⅔ c. halved grapes | ||
1 can(s) Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained | ||
1 tbsp. lime juice | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger | ||
4 medium bananas | ||
8 Joy waffle bowls | ||
½ gal. low-fat frozen yogurt | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee Honey Oats and Flakes cereal | ||
1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee low-fat strawberry yogurt |
Directions
- Warm kiwis, peach, grapes, oranges, lime juice, sugar and ginger in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
- Cut each banana in half lengthwise; cut in half again crosswise.
- Place 2 banana quarters and 2 scoops frozen yogurt in waffle bowls.
- Top with strawberry yogurt, fruit mixture and cereal.
- Serve immediately.
