1 (7 oz) pkg Baker's dipping chocolate | ||
1 (6 oz) pkg fresh raspberries, washed and dried well | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream |
Directions
- Warm the chocolate according to microwave directions on package.
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Dip each raspberry into the chocolate until coated. Place on waxed paper and chill until serving.
- Serve chocolate covered-raspberries over the top of a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
