Description
Greek yogurt dip provides a shortcut to tzatziki sauce, the creamy cucumber topping popular in Greek cuisine.

12 oz. deli roast beef | ||
½ red onion, thinly sliced | ||
3 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped | ||
½ medium cucumber, halved and thinly sliced | ||
6 tbsp. cucumber-dill Greek yogurt dip |
Directions
- On each whole pita, top with one-fourth of lettuce, roast beef, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and dip. Fold pita in half to serve.
