    1 oz. brewed espresso (single shot)
    ½ oz. Full Circle Market organic 100% maple syrup
    2 oz. Ketel One vodka
    -1 large scoop Hy-Vee We All Scream! vanilla ice cream, for serving
    Grated dark chocolate, for garnish
    Espresso beans, for garnish

    Things To Grab

    • Cocktail shaker
    • Ice cream scoop
    • 10-oz. coup glass
    • Small fine grater

    Directions

    1. Add espresso, vodka and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker; add ice. Cover and shake for 30 to 60 seconds, or until well chilled.

       

    2. Place a scoop of ice cream into a chilled 10-oz. coup glass. Strain mixture into prepared glass. Garnish with grated dark chocolate and top with espresso beans, if desired.
