    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Dijon-style mustard
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    4 (6 oz each) halibut fillets
    Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium.
    2. Combine mustard, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; brush over fish.
    3. Grill fish, covered, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    4. Top with additional parsley, if desired.
