    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee steak seasoning

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub roast with mustard and seasoning.
    2. Bake uncovered until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees, about 45-60 minutes. Remove from oven. Tent with foil and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
