5 (8 oz each) rib pork chops | ||
½ (12 oz) jar orange marmalade | ||
¼ c. orange juice | ||
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard | ||
cooked noodles or rice, optional |
Directions
- Heat oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
- Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, about 30 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
- Uncover and raise heat to medium, stirring occasionally to thicken sauce. Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
