    1 tbsp. olive oil
    5 (8 oz each) rib pork chops
    ½ (12 oz) jar orange marmalade
    ¼ c. orange juice
    3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    cooked noodles or rice, optional

    Directions

    1. Heat oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
    2. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, about 30 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
    3. Uncover and raise heat to medium, stirring occasionally to thicken sauce. Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
